Simone Greaves

Simone Greaves is a seasoned professional in property management and strata management, currently serving as a Strata Manager at Associa since April 2018. With extensive experience as a Property Manager at Ambassador Industries Ltd. since January 1988, Simone has been instrumental in property development since the company's inception in 1967. Previous roles include Director at Pacific Quorum Properties Inc. and Property Assistant at Stock Up Cafe, which was co-founded with Chef Cameron Greaves. Simone’s educational background includes completion of the Strata Management Licensing Course and Property Management Licence at UBC Sauder School of Business, along with studies in Hospitality and Tourism at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
