Todd Cooper has over 18 years of experience in the customer service and security industry. Todd is currently the President of the Canada and International Division at Associa. Prior to this, they were the Founder and President of C2businesssolutions, a company that partners with service-driven businesses to provide expertise in customer service, talent acquisition, business strategy, change management, and contractor and vendor management. Todd has also served on the board of Habitat for Humanity Halton for 5 years.
