Matthew Henderson

Matthew Henderson is an experienced finance professional specializing in capital markets and real estate investments. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Markets at Associate Capital since August 2020, Henderson previously held positions at Eastdil Secured as an Associate and at Harbert Management Corporation as an Investment Analyst, where responsibilities included originating and executing real estate investments. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at Rialto Capital Management, focusing on credit and underwriting analysis for a substantial portfolio of mortgages, and as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at The Greenwich Group International, where engagement in M&A and strategic advisory projects took place.
