Su Hong Chen

Su Hong Chen, AIA, is a highly experienced architectural professional currently serving as Project Manager at Associate Capital since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chen held the position of Associate Principal, Senior Project Manager at Perkins&Will from April 2023 to May 2025, and was previously a Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager at Perkins+Will | Pfau Long Architecture from August 2016 to April 2023, where significant projects included a 12-story mixed-use development at 490 Brannan Street and a 10-story medical education building for Samuel Merritt University's new campus. Chen also served as an Associate at Solomon Cordwell Buenz, contributing as Project Architect for the CSU Sacramento Student Housing II, and held design roles at The Design Partnership, Payette, and Vollmer Associates, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studies at Tongji University.
