Caroline Shau

Caroline Shau serves as Senior Vice President at Associated Bank since 2013, leading process reengineering and business transformation initiatives for the technology and operations organization while overseeing the IT & Ops Project Management Office. Prior to this role, Caroline held several leadership positions at BMO Harris Bank, where responsibilities included integration of systems during the M&I merger, managing technology for a combined $110 billion regional bank, and driving technology enablement to achieve operational efficiencies. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing outsourcing technology governance, and holding leadership roles at Cigna International Healthcare and Cigna Corporate, where a successful reengineering initiative achieved significant savings. Caroline began a career at ARAMARK Corporation as a Systems Developer. Caroline earned an M.B.A. from Drexel University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Scranton.
