Jodi Jicha

Jodi Jicha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate risk management and business analysis. Currently serving as the Corporate Risk Intelligence Team Lead at Associated Bank since July 2017, Jodi leads a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and maximizing performance through guidance and regular feedback. Previous roles at Associated Bank include Senior Corporate Risk Intelligence Analyst and Corporate Risk Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring, project support, and risk management. Jodi has also held key positions at Green Bay Oncology, WS Packaging Group, GENCO, and Schneider, where expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and revenue protection was demonstrated. Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lake Superior State University.
