Nicole Gehrke

Nicole Gehrke is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager - Field HR at Associated Bank since January 2011, Nicole leads the HRBP team to enhance consultative and project leadership skills within the organization. Prior to this role, Nicole held various HR positions at Associated Bank, including HR Business Partner Manager and HR Business Partner, where support was provided to different business lines. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Manager role at Gannett Newspapers and an Employment Relations Coordinator position at Associated Banc-Corp, among other roles in financial analysis and personnel development. Nicole holds a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
