Gareth Wyllie (CA)SA began their work experience as an Accounting Trainee at Deloitte from January 2019 to December 2021. Gareth then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager in the Digital tools team for Deloitte Africa Transformation & Change Division. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, implementing, and monitoring digital technologies to create the future audit for the African firm. Gareth's passion for technology and their fascination with the automation and streamlining of financial processes led him to their current position as the Head Office Accountant at Associated British Foods plc, starting in January 2023.

Gareth Wyllie (CA)SA attended the University of Pretoria from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they studied at St Peter's College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Matric Certificate with five distinctions.
