Henrique Andrews

Henrique Andrews is an accomplished corporate development executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Head of M&A at Associated British Foods plc since December 2022, Henrique oversees global M&A and business development for the company's five divisions. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Diversey, where Henrique managed M&A and integration functions, and Group Corporate Development Director at Johnson Matthey, leading M&A activities for the firm. Henrique's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers in M&A Transaction Services, following an investment consultancy role at KOTRA. Academic qualifications encompass a Senior Leader Programme from London Business School, a Master’s in Economics, Management and Law from SOAS University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Geography from Queen Mary University of London, among others.
