Richard Reid

Richard Reid is the current Independent Non-Executive Director at Associated British Foods. Richard has held many notable positions throughout their career in the financial industry. These previous companies include Liberty Specialty Markets, University of Dundee, International Centre for Financial Regulation, Citi, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and UBS. Richard started their career as the Chief Economist at Scottish Provident in 1982 and has since then gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field.

Richard Reid studied financial economics at the University of Strathclyde, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.). Richard also holds a Master of Arts (M.A. Hons) in Economic Theirtory from the University of Aberdeen.
