Libby McIntyre

Libby McIntyre (nee Culbert) currently serves as the Head of PMO at Associated British Ports, overseeing the PMO function and Regional Event Planning since October 2022. Prior to this role, Libby was the Chief of Staff to the CTO at Thames Water, where responsibilities included business strategy, leadership recruitment, process management, and financial oversight from February 2021 to October 2022. Libby's earlier experience includes working as an Executive Assistant and Business Manager to senior executives at G4S, where tasks involved diary management, financial administration, and event production. Additional roles include positions at Audience Media, Barclays Bank, and F. Hinds Ltd. Libby completed education at Evelyns School from 1993 to 1998.
