Bryan C. Williams has extensive experience in public service and leadership roles within various organizations in Ohio. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The University of Akron since May 2021, Williams has held positions such as Chairman of the Summit County Republican Party since June 2014 and Board Member of the Summit County Board of Elections since March 2014. Additionally, Williams is involved with the Ohio School Health Services Association as a member and has been the President of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Ohio since February 2010. Previous roles include Vice Chairman of the Ohio Republican Party, Board Member of the State Board of Education, Director of the Summit County Board of Elections, State Representative in the Ohio House, and Court Administrator for the Summit County Juvenile Court. Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Denison University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
