David Osei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Redbrick LMD and a Rising Leader in the Associated Builders and Contractors Leadership Development Program since January 2024, Osei also holds significant positions at the Washington Building Congress as both a Director on the Board of Directors and Committee Chair for the Board of Governors since September 2018. Previous roles include Management Consultant at JLL and Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction, where skills in project management and engineering were honed. An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, where Osei earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, further education includes certification in Computer Science from Cornell University and participation in the Leadership Development Program focused on Real Estate Development.
