Deanna Thomas

DeAnna Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Associated Builders and Contractors, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, DeAnna held significant leadership positions at WSSC Water, including Director of Human Resources & Compliance and Division Manager of Employee/Labor Relations from August 2017 to June 2023. DeAnna also served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at DC Public Library from January 2014 to July 2017, and as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Anne Arundel Community College from 2007 to 2013. Academically, DeAnna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
