Mark Leibman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and partnership management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Associated Builders and Contractors since August 2009, Mark has previously held senior leadership roles at the National Restaurant Association, where innovative revenue streams were created through new partnerships, and the National Retail Federation, focusing on membership activities for online retailers. Earlier career highlights include directing membership efforts for the National Fisheries Institute and serving as an attorney at Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP. Mark's entrepreneurial skills were honed as President/General Manager of a multi-million dollar retail business. Mark Leibman holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from American University.
