Carol L. Palmer

Carol L. Palmer has extensive experience in property management and graphic design, currently serving as the Property Management Senior Communities for Catholic Charities of Baltimore since January 2005, focusing on affordable housing and community wellness for older adults. As the owner of C-Palmer Designs since November 2003, Palmer has specialized in creating customized graphic design solutions.
