Darcy Boegner, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in talent management and operations. Darcy served as the Director of Talent Management at Catholic Charities of Baltimore since February 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Meijer for over 15 years, holding leadership roles such as Operations Specialist and Director. During their tenure at Meijer, they were responsible for developing business goals, ensuring compliance, increasing revenues, and enhancing customer experience.

Darcy Boegner, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Human Resource and Nonprofit Management from Bethel College - Company. Darcy has also obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
