Lisa Jasinski

Lisa Jasinski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lisa currently serves as the President of the Associated Colleges of the Midwest, where they collaborate with member colleges to establish and execute a strategic vision for the organization. Prior to this, Lisa was the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at the University of Texas at San Antonio, overseeing various initiatives within the President's office. Lisa also had a fellowship at the American Council on Education, where they shadowed senior campus leaders at the University of New Mexico. Additionally, Lisa held various roles at Trinity University, including Special Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Special Projects Coordinator, and Certification, Assessment, and Communications Specialist. Lisa was also a Teagle Assessment Scholar, supporting assessment at multiple institutions. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked at the Apollo Theater Foundation, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Museum of Modern Art in various development and internship positions.

Lisa Jasinski has a strong educational background in higher education and communication arts. Lisa obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. Lisa's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), magna cum laude, in History of Art & Architecture and Political Science from Middlebury College in 2003. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at South Windsor High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their academic degrees, Lisa has also acquired additional certifications, including a Professional Certificate in Foresight from the University of Houston (expected in 2023) and a Nonprofit Financial Stewardship Program certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education (completed in 2022).
