Kailyn Gandalovics

Kailyn Gandalovics is a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Associated Couriers, LLC, since October 2021. Previously, Kailyn served as a Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where responsibilities included teaching three sections of students, grading assignments, and preparing lecture materials. Additionally, Kailyn held the position of Human Resources Intern at XTRA Lease LLC, focusing on recruitment processes and employee orientation. Kailyn earned a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
