Shanese Graham has over a decade of experience in retail and operational management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Retail Service Operation Support Manager at Associated Credit Union since November 2012, Shanese previously held the position of Branch Manager at Central Florida Healthcare Federal Credit Union/McCoy Federal Credit Union from August 2007 to October 2010. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll and ACH posting, as well as money order reconciliation. Shanese is an alumnus of Santa Fe Community College.
