Christopher E. Smith

Christopher E. Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher E. started their career as the Director of Field Operations at B&P Drywall, Inc. in 1991, where they managed drywall hanging and finishing labor for projects across the Midwest. Christopher E. then founded their own company, Smith Drywall, Inc., where they provided labor services and managed multi-million dollar contracts.

In 2006, Smith became the President/Owner of Indiana Commercial Interiors, Inc., rebranding the company and expanding its services. Christopher E. actively participated in industry organizations such as The Associated Builders and Contractors.

Smith also worked as a Project Foreman and Quality Manager at Ritsema Associates, overseeing project quality control plans and daily operations. Christopher E. took on a similar role at Robert D. Young Construction, Inc., managing projects and coordinating with employees and outside agencies.

At Escobar Construction, Inc., Smith served as a Project Manager/Cost Estimator, implementing new company procedures, and overseeing multi-million dollar projects across the United States.

In 2015, Smith joined Martin Marietta as an Exploration Team Member and later moved to Associated Drywall Partners. At Associated Drywall Partners, they held various roles such as Project Manager/Estimator, Division Manager for Commercial/Multi-Family, and currently Vice President of Multi-Family Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for project planning, development, and management, as well as business development and marketing.

Outside of their construction career, Smith also worked at Honey Badger Motorsports as the Head Honey Badger/Pro-Mod Driver, achieving success in professional racing.
