Kerra Chomlak is a dedicated climate resilience advisor at Associated Engineering, supporting municipalities, Indigenous communities, and organizations in their climate adaptation efforts. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Climate Action Leadership at Royal Roads University, Kerra has previously served as the Executive Director at ClimateWest, where they worked on integrating Western and Indigenous knowledge to enhance climate resilience in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. During their time as the Manager of Environment for the City of Leduc, they created the city's first climate adaptation and mitigation plans and facilitated significant sustainability initiatives. With a background including roles at the Clean Air Strategic Alliance and the Government of Alberta, Kerra is committed to fostering collaboration and providing data-driven insights for climate action.
