Nicole Cardarelli, MBA has a diverse work experience. Nicole is currently the Marketing Lead at Associated Environmental Systems since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Fraternity & Sorority Life Graduate Assistant at Sacred Heart University. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Senior Class President at Sacred Heart University. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Student Success Marketing Intern at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. There, they designed an excel document with all menus of each dining location to be put into Boost Mobile, assisted in the opening of JP’s Diner, created digital menus for nine dining locations on campus, managed and scheduled dining menus in all nine dining locations on campus, and updated SHU Dining Social Media outlets. From 2016 to 2021, they have been a Sales Associate at EXPRESS. During their time there, they were given the opportunity to fulfill a manager role during the holiday season, was an advanced cashier for the holiday season, and had advanced knowledge of Express clothing to be able to recommend styles to customers. Nicole was also proficient in suit fittings for men.

Nicole Cardarelli, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Nicole obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting from Sacred Heart University in 2019. Nicole then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration with a Digital Marketing Concentration from the same university, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in April 2019, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist: Using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 certification from Microsoft.
