Jesse Vislisel

Jesse Vislisel is an ophthalmologist and medical director at Associated Eye Care, where they have been since 2016. They previously served as a research fellow in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 2008 to 2011, with research presented at significant conferences. Jesse also gained valuable research experience as a research assistant in both the Departments of Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology between 2004 and 2007. They earned their MD from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in 2011, following a BA in Biology from the University of Iowa in 2007. Additionally, Jesse completed fellowships and residency training in cornea and ophthalmology, enhancing their expertise in the field.
