Rachel Jensen

Rachel Jensen is an experienced communications and public relations professional with a strong background in strategic planning and crisis management. Currently serving as the Communications & Public Relations Manager at Associated Food Stores since July 2019, Rachel effectively facilitated the transition to a new CEO and managed crisis communications during the pandemic. In May 2023, Rachel took on the role of Gender Pay Gap Coordinator at A Bolder Way Forward, leading efforts to identify and address wage disparities in Utah while advocating for policy reforms. Previous roles include Public Relations Specialist at Stampin' Up! and Communications and Community Relations Specialist at Broadview University. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a Public Relations emphasis from Utah State University and a certificate in Driving Change Through Internal Communications from the Public Relations Society Association.
