Ken Simonson

Chief Economist at Associated General Contractors of America

Ken Simonson has a wealth of experience in the field of economics and policy advice. Ken began their career in 1985 as the Vice President and Chief Economist at the American Trucking Associations, where they worked until 1998. Ken then moved to the Office of Advocacy US Small Business Administration, where they served as a Senior Policy Advisor until 2001. Since 2001, they have held the position of Chief Economist at the Associated General Contractors of America.

Ken Simonson completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Chicago between 1965 and 1969. Ken then pursued and obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Northwestern University from 1969 to 1970.
