Skylar Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Summer Intern at the Virginia Community Development Corporation in 2014, where they worked on data analysis and database management. They later interned at Jackson-Feild Homes as a Development/Fund Raising Intern, focusing on marketing and communication strategies.

In 2014, Skylar also took on the role of Shift Leader at Gelati Celesti, where they trained and managed a team, provided exceptional customer service, and resolved issues.

Skylar then joined Wealthcare Capital Management as an RIA Solutions Specialist, supporting investment advisors and managing customer service.

From 2017 to 2019, Skylar worked at ConsensusDocs, starting as a Program Coordinator where they handled website updates and assisted with producing a construction law newsletter. They then advanced to Program Manager, overseeing email campaigns, designing advertisements, and implementing social media strategies.

In 2019, Skylar joined the Global Innovation Fund as an Operations Associate, responsible for digital communications and operations. They eventually became an Operations and Digital Communications Associate, demonstrating their growth within the organization.

Most recently, Skylar joined the Associated General Contractors of America in 2022 as the Director of Product Sales and Marketing for ConsensusDocs.

Skylar Gray attended James River High School from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2015, Skylar earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics from the University of Richmond.
