Kathy Tolleson, PHR, serves as the Southern Utah District Manager for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Utah since December 2017. Prior to this role, Kathy was the District Manager and Member Services & Education Director for the Southern Utah Home Builders Association from July 2004 to December 2017, focusing on membership recruitment and program development. Earlier experience includes working as a Dispatch and 911 Operator for Nye County Sheriff's Office and serving as Library Director for the Beatty Library District, where responsibilities encompassed material acquisition, staff management, and community programming. Kathy holds an education in Library Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Dixie State University.
