Chris Kealey

Chris Kealey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Massachusetts organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Associated Industries of Massachusetts since February 2021, Chris previously held the position of Deputy Director at the Massachusetts Business Roundtable from May 2011 to February 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Chief of Staff/Communications Director at MassDevelopment, Communications Director for Child Support Enforcement at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and Communications Director/Legislative Affairs at the Massachusetts Office for Children. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross between 1985 and 1989.
