Karen Wallace serves as the Executive Vice President of Economic Inclusion and Marketing at Associated Industries of Massachusetts since August 2020. Additionally, Karen operates Wallace Consulting LLC, specializing in marketing for higher education and non-profits since March 2018. Prior experience includes a senior vice president role at Fidelity Investments, where Karen developed integrated strategic marketing and communications and managed data-driven analyses for B2C and B2B strategies. Earlier positions include Head of Marketing for Annuities at Sun Life Financial and Senior Vice President of Marketing at MFS Investment Management. Karen is currently pursuing a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University and holds an MBA in Marketing from Simmons University, along with executive education credentials from MIT, Harvard, and Dartmouth.
