Andrew Cushnir

Andrew Cushnir serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was with The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, where Andrew held multiple positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer from January 2004 to February 2024. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Public Affairs/Counsel at SunAmerica from 1998 to 2001, a Corporate and Financial Services Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from 1994 to 1998, and as Assistant Director at the Anti-Defamation League from 1988 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, a BA in Political Science from UCLA, and participation in the Coro Foundation Public Affairs Program.
