Diane Bedwell

Diane Bedwell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Diane currently holds the position of Director of IT Strategic Projects at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, where they oversee strategic projects related to IT. Prior to this, Diane worked for Nice & Bella (formerly Cookie Lee) as the USA Founding Distributor and National Trainer. In this role, they trained and inspired a national sales team and utilized the brand and products to support social causes and charities.

Diane also has experience in strategic communications and organizational change management. Diane worked at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Strategic Communications Consultant, where they managed the people side of change by implementing stakeholder engagement strategies, strategic communications, and customized learning tools. In their time there, Diane achieved notable accomplishments such as transforming a project manager orientation to a practical course and developing a Project Manager Toolkit to support a large project portfolio.

In addition, Diane held the position of Manager of Training & Staff Development at Jacobs Technology. In this role, they managed the training department for a government support services contractor and implemented various training initiatives. Lastly, they worked at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center as the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations. Here, Diane focused on managing internal marketing and communications, enhancing the medical center's corporate identity, and implementing effective communication strategies.
