Stephanie Aaronson

Stephanie Aaronson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephanie is currently the Director of Annual Campaign Affinities at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore since January 2023. Previously, from April 2021 to January 2023, they worked as a Community Engagement Professional at Americans for Ben-Gurion University. Before that, from 2016 to 2022, Stephanie served as the Marketing & Community Director at Windthrow, where they implemented marketing and customer acquisition plans, managed advertising relationships, and ensured company culture integrity. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Community Development Manager at the Stroum Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle, pioneering community partnerships and overseeing the teen programming department. Stephanie also served as the Director of Teen Engagement & Leadership at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh from 2017 to 2019, focusing on program implementation and partnership opportunities. Stephanie has previous experience working at the University of Pittsburgh, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Three Rivers Adoption Council (TRAC), Hillel Jewish University Center of Pittsburgh, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh. Overall, Stephanie Aaronson has a strong background in community engagement, leadership, marketing, and donor relations.

Stephanie Aaronson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration in 2013. Later, in 2016, they furthered their education at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) specialized in Public and Nonprofit Management.
