Kristi Allan, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristi currently holds the position of Vice President of Partnerships and Client Engagement at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), a role they started in March 2023.

Kristi's early career involved roles as a Paralegal Instructor at Florida Career College, where they educated students on administrative, probate, and real estate laws, and as a Paralegal at Gregory A. Kaiser, Esq.

Kristi Allan, CMP has an AA Studies degree from St. Petersburg College. Kristi also holds a Paralegal degree from Florida Career College. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, Kristi Allan obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council.
