Kristi Allan, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristi currently holds the position of Vice President of Partnerships and Client Engagement at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), a role they started in March 2023.
Before joining ALHI, Kristi worked at AllianceBernstein, where they held various positions including VP / Sr. Manager of Events & Sponsorships. During their tenure at AllianceBernstein, Kristi played a critical leadership role in strategic planning and execution, partnership building, and day-to-day operational oversight of diverse events. Kristi also managed the entire project lifecycle for client events, including venue selection, event communications, attendee registration, vendor contracting, logistics, risk management, budget management, and post-event follow-up. Additionally, Kristi cultivated and maintained a robust network of client relationships and regularly attended industry conferences to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new business opportunities.
Prior to their time at AllianceBernstein, Kristi gained experience at Raymond James & Associates, Inc as an Assistant. Kristi also worked as an Assistant at Clyde & Co US LLP and as a Certified Paralegal at Baskin Fleece, Attorneys at Law.
Kristi's early career involved roles as a Paralegal Instructor at Florida Career College, where they educated students on administrative, probate, and real estate laws, and as a Paralegal at Gregory A. Kaiser, Esq.
Kristi Allan, CMP has an AA Studies degree from St. Petersburg College. Kristi also holds a Paralegal degree from Florida Career College. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, Kristi Allan obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council.
