Rich Luna

Rich Luna has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich is currently working at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) as a Senior Director of Content, responsible for developing and implementing a global content strategy to position ALHI as a thought leader in the meeting and convention marketplace. Prior to this, they co-owned a company called Media By Design, where they provided consultancy, project management, and content services to various clients, including news organizations. Rich also served as the Director of Publishing and Editor-in-Chief of The Meeting Professional at Meeting Professionals International, where they received numerous awards for their impactful content. Additionally, Rich has held editorial and management positions at organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Ventura County Star, The Detroit News, and The Indianapolis Star. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in content strategy, publishing, communications, and team management.

Rich Luna attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In addition, they obtained a certification in Preventing & Responding to Human Trafficking & The Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children from ECPAT-USA in January 2023.
