Thomas Capo

Thomas Capo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in distribution and operations management. Currently serving as RDC Manager at Associated Materials since October 2024, Thomas also holds the role of Groundskeeper with the Cleveland Guardians since April 2022. Previous positions include Export Operations at NewPort Tank Containers (November 2022 - July 2024) and General Manager at Bloom Medicinals (September 2021 - April 2022). Thomas spent nearly a decade at Oatey Company as Distribution Manager, where management of a modernized supply chain operation was a key focus. Prior experience includes roles as Market Manager and Market Operations Manager at Sears Holdings Corp, successfully overseeing significant home delivery operations. Thomas began involvement in distribution as a Distribution Specialist at Video Products Distributors. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Commerce, from The University of Toledo.
