Marshall Reece

Marshall Reece has a diverse work experience in the dairy industry and related fields. Marshall began their career at Fratelli's Ice Cream as a Sales Manager in 1998, followed by a role as a Business Development Manager at Specialty Frozen Products from 1999 to 2000. Reece then joined Darigold, where they held various positions such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager Retail, National Account Manager Foodservice, and Director of Foodservice Sales from 2000 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and later became Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing. Marshall played a key role in marketing cheese, butter, and powdered dairy products produced by AMPI's 10 manufacturing plants. In 2017, Reece also became an Advisory Board Member at BWG Strategy LLC, providing insights and expertise to senior executives in the technology, media, and telecom industries. Additionally, they served as the Past President of the American Butter Institute (ABI) from 2020 to 2022, a trade association dedicated to the promotion and protection of the butter industry.

Marshall Reece started their education at Shoreline Community College from 1980 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in General Studies and received an Associate of Arts (A.A.). Marshall then moved on to the University of Washington from 1983 to 1987, completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Education.
