Our pain management program consists of thorough evaluation of the cause of pain, immediate pain relief when possible and long-term rehabilitation for permanent relief. Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation The APG physical therapy & rehabilitation team is comprised of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants who are dedicated to treating, healing and preventing injuries. Primary Care APG primary care physician Dr. Christopher Green has been in practice in the Alton area for over 35 years serving the primary care needs of thousands of area residents. He practices a "whole person"​ approach to medicine-- treating the entire person rather than a list of symptoms. Chiropractic Medicine The Chiropractic Physicians at Associated Physicians Group work in tandem with the medical and physical therapy staff to develop individualized treatment plans as needed for each patient.
