Randy McKain serves as the Program Director for Youth Ministry and Addiction Counseling at Oak Hills Christian College since August 2012, focusing on teaching, mentoring, and training future youth leaders for churches and para church organizations while developing a faith-based addiction counseling program. Additionally, since November 2010, Randy holds the position of Youth Pastor at Bethel Lutheran Church. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Sterling College, a Master's degree in Counseling & School Psychology from Wichita State University, and a Licensed Staff Minister credential in Theology/Theological Studies from North Park Theological Seminary.
