Noreen Nasir is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in video journalism and production. Currently serving as Chief Video Journalist for the U.S. Reporting Teams at The Associated Press since August 2015, Noreen has previously held roles such as Video Journalist focused on Race & Ethnicity and Video Producer. Prior to this, Noreen worked at PBS NewsHour as a Reporter/Producer and interned at Democracy Now! Productions, where responsibilities included managing social media outreach. Noreen's earlier experience includes serving as Editor-in-Chief for Al Bayan Magazine, producing content for Express 24/7 News, and assisting with the production of Al Jazeera English's "Fault Lines." Noreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University.
