Iene Keppler

Iene Keppler has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving in that capacity at Associated Weavers International N.V. since February 2015. Previously, Iene held various roles at Cisco Systems from 2010 to 2013, including Customer Service Sales Support and Customer Service Partner Support, where responsibilities involved order management, support for Account Managers, and cross-functional engagement with multiple departments. Earlier experience at Scientific Atlanta from 2007 to 2010 focused on customer interaction throughout Europe, covering order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution. Iene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management with a specialization as a Business Translator-Interpreter from HOGENT.
