Don Swanson Csp

Don Swanson, CSP, has significant experience in safety management across multiple organizations, focusing on enhancing workplace safety cultures and compliance. Since 2017, Don has served as the Corporate Safety Manager at Associated, driving the continuous improvement and successful implementation of safety policies and procedures. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2016, Don was the Regional Safety Manager at ABM Industries, where leadership in safety culture transformations was achieved through engagement activities and oversight. Don began as the Regional Human Resources, Safety and Risk Manager at ABM Janitorial Services from 1992 to 2002, managing HR, safety, and risk for the Midwest Region, and also played a key role in the development of the first formal safety program. Don holds a degree in Accounting from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
