Eric Holmgren

Eric Holmgren is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, Eric joined the AAM team in 2016 and has over 13 years of community association management experience. Before being named the Regional Director of On-Site Communities, he held the role of On-Site Community Manager for a large-scale master-planned community in North Phoenix. Throughout his career, Eric has also served in various capacities within the industry including as an Operations Director for another large master-planned community.

Eric holds the professional designation CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) through AACM (Arizona Association of Community Management). Additionally, Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biological Science from Arizona State University, as well as his M.B.A in Executive Management from Ohio University.
