Samantha Fitzpatrick

Samantha joined the AAM team in early 2017 as an Area Manager in the Texas Division, was promoted to Regional Director of Texas Operations in March 2018 and then promoted to Regional Vice President of Texas Operations in January 2020. In early 2022, Samantha was promoted to Regional Vice President of AAM’s Indiana Division and relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana where she will be based and responsible for the overall Indiana Operations and team.

With over 25 years of Community Association Management Expertise, she specializes in the management, development, and re-development of Community Associations and possesses over 30 years of Executive Senior Level Management and Leadership Experience. She also served on the CAI San Antonio Chapter’s Education Committee from 2019 to 2022 and is an instructor and educator for both Managers and Board Members within the chapter and industry.
