Madeleine Bata

Madeleine BATA is an experienced professional in the socio-medical sector with a focus on leadership and evaluation. Currently, Madeleine serves as Directrice de territoire and Directrice d'activités 94/78 at Association Aurore since January 2022, while also working as a formator for the certification at Espace Sentein since November 2021. As a certified external evaluator for Ifac association since 2012, Madeleine has extensive experience in quality evaluation and management. Previous roles include Responsable Espace des Solidarités at the Département du Val-de-Marne and Directrice d'établissement at both Fondation des Amis de l'Atelier and Fondation La vie au grand air. Educational credentials include a CAFDES degree from EHESP, as well as certifications in transition management and quality evaluation from ESPACE SENTEIN.
