Pauline They currently serves as Responsable RSE at Association Aurore, overseeing the construction and execution of the organization's CSR strategy across 250 initiatives. Previous roles include Chef de Projet RH, where Pauline developed requirements for an HRIS change and managed its implementation, and Chargée de mission RH, which involved organizing an HR forum for employees. As part of the On Purpose program, Pauline gained experience in the social and solidarity economy through two missions within impactful organizations. Additional experience includes operations management at Association TADAM, various financial planning and analysis roles at PepsiCo, and operational control positions with Transgourmet France, ENGIE, and Sodern. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Management Control and Decision Support from IAE Paris-Est and a Master’s in Applied Computer Methods in Business Management from Université de Bordeaux.
