Jen Kidby

Jen Kidby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development and Succession Planning at Doane Grant Thornton LLP, Jen oversees the firm's talent strategy, focusing on creating and embedding leadership attributes, enhancing cultural integration, and developing a robust leadership pipeline.
