Kerri Vercellini is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and holistic healing. Currently serving as the Massachusetts State Representative for the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology since October 2017, Kerri facilitates membership engagement and resource guidance within the organization. As the Owner-Operator-Clinician at Awaken Holistic Counseling Services, LLC since 2016, Kerri integrates mental health support and holistic tools, leveraging over 7,000 hours of clinical experience to enhance clients' lives. Previous roles include Staff Therapist at South Bay Community Services, Office Manager at CTS Financial Services, and various counseling internships, contributing to a rich background in mental health and community support. Kerri holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College.

Formed as a non-profit in 1999, ACEP has a global membership of over 1,400 licensed mental health professionals and allied health practitioners. ACEP members are dedicated to exploring, developing, researching and applying energy psychology methods to alleviate human suffering, enhance human performance and access human potential. Energy psychology (EP) is a family of integrative approaches to psychotherapy, coaching and healthcare treatment rooted in mind-body healing traditions that are up to 5,000 years old. EP methods blend the bio-energetic insights of these traditions with the best of contemporary psychological practice and have been refined through 35 years of modern clinical experience with millions of clients throughout the world. ACEP works on behalf of its members to establish the credibility and efficacy of energy psychology methods through its programs of education, certification, ethics, humanitarian aid and research. By upholding standards of practice and a code of ethics for energy psychology practitioners, ACEP raises the bar of professionalism for this emerging field. ACEP also has ongoing initiatives to increase public awareness of the effectiveness and cost efficiency of these methods. ACEP is a U.S. Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and publicly supported foundation.
