Erin Ficca, M.A., currently serves as the Support Services Coordinator at The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as the Coordinator for Alumni Programs at the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, where Erin developed and oversaw scholarship programming for 85 students and managed a team of 17 part-time staff. Erin has also worked as an Academic Assistant, providing academic support for skaters, and as an English Language Assistant in the West Chester Area School District, assisting ESL/ELL students. Additional roles include serving as Head Coach for the varsity softball team at B. Reed Henderson High School, and various internships focused on event planning and organizational development. Erin holds a Master of Arts in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
