Zehra Raza is a Project Associate for the Postsecondary Data Partnership at the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) since January 2022, focusing on a grant-funded initiative to enhance training programs for data technology in higher education. Previously, Zehra served as an Education & Research Intern at AIR, contributing to data gathering and analysis for various initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Houston, where responsibilities involved data reporting and trend analysis in admissions and financial aid, and as Adjunct Faculty at the Lahore School of Economics, teaching Business Research Methods and supervising undergraduate dissertations. Early career experience includes an internship at United National Bank, where involvement spanned multiple operational departments. Zehra holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Houston, a Master of Science in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the Lahore School of Economics.
